The New Jeanland directory was apparently suffering from an excess of sensible urban planning. One Bullievers Reaper has therefore taken it upon herself to establish the Bad Decisions District, Overthinking Heights, Absolutely Not Alley, and the suspiciously respectable Respectable Boulevard.
The alterations were not formally authorized, but a nearby note marked “Approved by Me” has been accepted as sufficient documentation.
