Join Me
The winds don’t ask, they simply blow,
Through tangled branches, soft and slow.
We need not speak of where we’ve been,
Just walk the path that’s worn but thin.

Forget the doubts, the walls between,
The things we’ve said, the things we've seen.
Lay aside the weight, the worn-out fight,
And come with me into the night.

Let go of all the things that tear,
The silent rift, the whispered glare.
Look past the chaos, the wrong and right,
And walk with me into the light.

No need for questions, no words to say,
Just watch the sky as it fades to gray.
The ground beneath us knows the way,
And silence holds what words betray.

Leave behind the echoes, the heavy sound,
Where we’ve been lost, and where we’re found.
Let footsteps merge and hearts collide,
For what is left when we decide?

For here, beside me, you can be,
No need to question, just to see—
A moment, quiet, where hearts align,
Forget the rest—this moment’s mine.

Join me, if only for this while,
Together here, we’ll share a smile.
No need for answers, no need for proof,
Just be with me—your heart is truth.
